There are three stages to actively using our online service, all of which are quick and stress free. There is no charge to open an account with us and it does not obligate you.

Click on Register or Open an Account and complete our online registration form thus agreeing our Terms & Conditions of Trade. When we have received your application form, you will be contacted personally and be allocated a unique account reference code. Whether you are buying or selling currency you will now be in a position to secure your currency online. Please note, For Anti Money Laundering purposes, proof of identification is also required in the form of a clear copy of a passport or driving licence (photo ID) and a clear copy of a utility bill statement (not more than 3 months old). This can be scanned and emailed to info@fcgworld.co.uk, posted or faxed to us at 01442 891 748.

A Trading Demo is available, please refer to this if you are uncertain or this is your first visit to our site. Remember our online site is backed up by a team of Currency Brokers ready to assist as and when required.

If you are happy and proceed with our quoted exchange rate you will automatically receive a contract note sent via email. This will be self populated with the bank details you have provided under the Recipients section for your onward transfer. Please note you can have up to three different onward accounts registered. Once we have received your funds and they are showing cleared we will immediately forward your currency via priority telegraphic transfer to the account of your choice.
