I have been using the online service efirstfx since it went live for all my money transfers. The service is very efficient and easy to use, I have not had any problems with transfer dates, the money always arrives on time. The service is very convenient as it allows me to set up transfers outside of normal working hours. On the odd occasion that I have had to ring, the customer service is excellent. The rates are changing continually and are very competitive. I would recommend 'efirstfx' 100%.

Before your new online Trading was set up last June I found that buying foreign currency was somewhat unwieldy and time consuming. Now, I am pleased to say I can go to your Home page on your web-site and keep an eye on the currency movements which enables me to decide the best time to plan and make my purchase. The actual process of buying my currency is simplicity itself and by setting up, in advance, where my purchase is to be sent enables me to carry out the whole operation in just a very few minutes. Then, when I go to my Bank Account to transfer the amount due to Foremost Currency Group, again this takes just a few minutes as I have already set up FCG as a payee on my account. My Bank Account is debited the next day and the currency is in my Foreign Bank Account within a few working days - marvellous !

I have used Foremost's new online trading platform a number of times since its inception and have found it an extremely useful tool for exchanging currency. Signing up for it was a breeze and using it is easy too.

The Company's staff are really efficient and polite and have answered my couple of queries quickly and efficiently.

Every trade is overseen by your account handler who makes sure that every transaction goes through as smoothly as possible.

In short a joy to use, only pity is that they cannot improve the global exchange rates that are moving against sterling at the moment!!
